Long days sitting can leave your body feeling stiff and tight​Strength can feel harder to maintain than it used to. ​Getting into a routine isn’t always as simple as it sounds​. And not every workout gives you the structure you need​. Stoked is designed to change that.

Group Reformer Pilates

Your First Session

Start with our Reformer Introduction class. You'll learn the machine, understand the setup and leave feeling confident from day one.

Your First Month

Move into regular classes with structured, strength-based programming. Each session builds on the last so you're always progressing, never starting from scratch.

Your First Year

This is where it compounds. Stronger movement, better posture and a body that feels genuinely different to twelve months ago.

We apply the principles of progressive resistance training to every class. Springs and load are tailored to you so that whether you are a beginner or well into your practice, you are working at the level that will actually move you forward.
